When the only aspect of the game that excites people is the gambling, your game has flaws then.
It's EA. I'm not surprised.
Yet peeps still throw money at it like its the 2nd coming. Just play a complete sports game from ps2/xbox era or xbox360 / ps3 era.
Just to clarify, apart from owning the base game and a Prime membership, there is no cost to claiming these packs.
I haven't spent one cent on packs and I have a very nice squad (Messi, a couple TOTW players, Sergio Ramos, Verratti) just by playing Squad Battles and completing SBC's
that's like saying I don't go into the casino to gamble, I just enjoy the free drinks they hand out to encourage people to gamble!

I would think the email address attached to his game profile/EA Play profile would have to be the same as your Prime account. If they are the same its just a matter of following the steps in the link in this post.

You can use a different email, as long as you never linked it to another EA account.
