Yes. 70% is recommended.

Seems the 50ml bottle only indicated >60%, but for OP's the 300ml it is 70% on the bottle?
These are different products by ThankYou.
The dark coloured bottle (the original sanitiser) had a nice fragrance but only ~60%, so ThankYou released another version - ‘for humanity’ which is in the clear bottle, has 70% alcohol but no fragrance.
Some companies measure in ABV others alcohol by weight. 70% ABV = 62.5% alcohol by weight roughly. (which is perfectly adequate to kill viruses, you don't want super high proof alcohol on your hands)

Out of interest, why do you think this? The best sanitiser I have used has been 90% ethanol w/w.
Dries out very quickly, potential to dry out hands. Very dependent on a good humectant. I spent a lot of time doing R&D making a hand sanitiser (created a startup during covid first wave when laid off haha)

Nope - this one doesn’t have fragrance - the dark bottle version has the nice fragrance. It’s hard to find the dark bottle version with the frangrance in the 300ml, but you can still get it in the 50ml
