      Are you potentially able to do better? My understanding is that people have been waiting for their orders for weeks and that Lego sets always arrive damaged… just need that extra edge you know.

  Same as David Jones 20% discount in the cart. I got it delivered this week and didn't have any issues with the packaging. I think today's the last day of the 20% discount on all lego sets

  I ordered ghostbusters way before Xmas and received last week and the box was severely crushed. NOT the box it came in the actual LEGO box. Which meant they packed it knowing the box was damaged. I took photos and emailed them as I wanted it replaced and I was told “apologies for inconvenience we can give u 5%”. So angry. R2D2 was creased too. NEVER AGAIN!!!

  I ordered Ghostbusters ECTO and received it within a month, and the box was pretty much perfect. I ordered a few other items in a separate order in November, and that still hasn't been shipped. It's hit or miss with zavvi. Only order if you're alright with waiting
