    Would be nice to buy stuff and actually receive it at a decent time/or receive it at all. I've given up buying online with this mosaic group (and this is from personal experience), most items not available after ordering - so get refunded (I've done 5 orders previously, 4 orders multiple items get cancelled). Orders gets split when item not found, which is fair enough and then no contact regarding when the other items wil be coming. I was left to chase up with Mosaic group (almost a month and a half later) which took a long time to even get a reply back, then they said not their fault as it's 3rd party fault. I got weekly email with the same repeat msg for 3 weeks we are still looking into your order or something along that lines and then nothing at all. I requested a refund for the items that have still not arrived, didn't even get a reply back at all. Had to end up doing a chargeback for missing items!

    Also I'm not the only one, do a search on facebook and the likes of any of the Mosaic group page "Rivers" etc, read comments. I'm not the only one.

      This. My first order with them took over 2 months to arrive, with at least half the order being refunded for out of stock items. And then I made the mistake of ordering from them again, with the exact same outcome. Their appalling customer service is just the icing on the cake. You couldn't pay me to shop with them again.

      Indeed, it's been over four months and my Rivers order is yet to arrive (nor has the company had the courtesy of keeping me updated as to why it hasn't yet left the "warehouse" it's supposedly stocked in).
