Game Features:

Catch, survey and research wild Pokémon to create and complete the Sinnoh region’s first Pokédex in Pokémon Legends: Arceus, coming to Nintendo Switch in early 2022. Pokémon Legends: Arceus honours past Pokémon games’ core gameplay while infusing new action and RPG elements.
You’ll be brought to the Sinnoh region, the setting for Pokémon Diamond and Pokémon Pearl. But this story unfolds in a long-gone era, before ideas such as being a Pokémon Trainer or having a Pokémon League even existed. All around, you’ll find Pokémon living wild in harsh environments that make for a Sinnoh unlike the region you may remember from the days of Pokémon Diamond and Pokémon Pearl.
To catch Pokémon in Pokémon Legends: Arceus, you can observe them to learn their behaviour, then carefully sneak up, aim your Poké Ball and let fly! You can also have your ally Pokémon battle wild Pokémon that you hope to catch. Just throw the Poké Ball holding your ally Pokémon near a wild Pokémon, and you’ll seamlessly enter battle and command your Pokémon by choosing from moves it knows.
As you start off on your adventure to create the region’s first Pokédex, you’ll be able to choose Rowlet, Cyndaquil, or Oshawott as a partner. These three Pokémon arrived with a Pokémon Professor, who encountered them on research excursions to various regions.

        They definitely used to be delayed a bit so I stopped using them for pre-orders.

        But both Mario Party and Pokemon arrived on time so I assume they're back to being better now?

        Especially as they have their own drivers these days they can make the release date deliveries.

        @trustnoone are you an Amazon Prime member? I believe Prime members gets games delivered on the day of release. Normal users who choose free shipping do not.

            @rith: Adding my voice here, its the same, games release on fridays and everytime without fail the game takes the weekend to arrive on a Monday, a complete waste of pre-ordering to play on the opening weekend.

            Big W/EB games is where my homies are at now.

        I got animal crossing the day before release date, now my copy of legends arceus is gonna arrive Sunday. I wanted to cancel and buy it from jb hifi yesterday and it won’t let me because its about to be shipped soon.

        I did order it last Tuesday.

        It's possible, I got 2 Fifa 21 xbone for $5 each and Assassins Creed Valhalla PS5 for $9.

        The 2 Fifa's made it for the two eligible games and Valhalla has a base value of $29, Plus my level 4 I had another $5 credit to spend.

        What i recommend for Pokemon new releases and there is a steel book pre order it.

        You can usually sell the steel book for good money to recoup for the game.

        I just saw an Arceus steel book get sold on eBay for $100 already as it was very limited pre order bonus offer.

            But im not the one that bought it so beats me.

            The Diamond/Pearl remakes had a steel book case I've seen go for $20-30 in the marketplace has also had many sold listings on eBay from $40-80.

            However at the end of the day its not how much you make but pointing out you can recoup costs towards the game as a form of a discount or even for free if you are lucky to get a good amount for it.

        You can sell the Sword and Shield easily for $40 each on marketplace. I only do the trade in deal with cheap redundant games. Never trade in mainstream / popular game that's major ripoff.

    Not sure this is worth a post - same price at Target, JB Hifi & Catch, $68 from The Gamesmen & Harvey Norman, $67 from MightyApe as well as the above posted trade in hacks for EB.

    Or am I late to the party with the point of this deal being via the cashback?

        I get a lot of my Switch games for the magic $50 mark second-hand soon after release, but the only exception is Pokemon. Second-hand prices tend to hover at at least $55-65 for a long time. Recommend going in Day-1 if you're a fan.

        You'll adjust over time. Our brains are good at that. Otherwise you'd never be able to watch a film ever again. I've heard people (PC gamers) claim they can't watch movies any more due to the low frame rate and I honestly feel sad for them.

            I couldnt get into BD / SP but this i can't stop playing.

            Once you are able to get Wyrdeer it opens up travelling so much more easily.
