      Dyson spends millions on R&D. Don't confuse it for other companies that just reap their innovations and can sell it for cheap.

        Dyson found a 30 year old Toshiba patent, dressed it up fancy and slapped on a high price tag. The copies can't be stopped but that hasn't stopped Dyson from making money.

          I think any industrial engineer can tell you, it's takes a lot more effort getting a product to market, by just copying old patents.

    I had one of similar design (not Dyson) and they are really noisy. They are not suitable for sleeping. I had to return for a refund.
