    No, a Kindle is one way. Just under the box "Buy now with 1-Click" is a drop-down list for "deliver to". I chose my registered iphone. When I open the Kindle app on the phone (and look on the Cloud tab), the book is there ready to download.

  Phoenixsun6: did you ensure you logged in with the same username/pword on ur device?
  you have to select cloud reader in the drop list when ordering, which then makes this accessible from any device with the same account.
