I have upgrade my Dell XPS to Window 11, only issue I'm having is that you can't ungroup items in task bar.
Enjoying the Android Phone link feature tho.

    • Is it better and faster thn the one in Windows 10 ?

Too hard to say if its faster or slower but it is stable and lots of things I need to get used to.

    • Didn't know about the Phone Link feature.

Just installed it on my Oppo A52 and it works a treat.

      Thanks for the heads-up.

No issue with Windows 11 so far. A couple of minor look changes, but other than it is pretty stable and fast.

Start menu in windows 11 is a piece of shit that often doesn't return results. Using a 3rd party one.

Outside of that it's been fine, 3 months or so now.

I would clean install Windows 11, not do an in place upgrade personally.

Try not to do an in place upgrade.
For the best result it's usually best to do a fresh install. Although upgrading preserves all your files, settings, and programs, it also means that any junk, broken registry entries and performance issues will be transferred to your new setup.

I'm probably not going to upgrade my current machine at all, will do a Windows 11 install when I actually replace the hardware with new generation stuff. It takes time for hardware to pass WHQL testing.

  • I have only used W11 a tiny bit on a laptop which is being RMA'd, but I didn't see anything which made me want to upgrade other machines (and not being able to ungroup items in the task bar as mentioned by boomramada above particularly irked me).

TBF there could be substantial backend upgrades I didn't notice, but haven't really looked into it.

  • you have like 30 days or something to dwngrade back to 10
