Hi, does anyone have any advice on a cheap Test and Go Hotel package (including room, transport from airport to hotel, RT-PCR test and transport to hospital (or a hotel that does the testing in the hotel) in Bangkok?

Just pick the location and price you are happy with.
I stayed with Citrus, had to wait for minibus at the airport, no problems through the drive thru clinic. Room wasn't anything fancy, the three meals were all local dishes and very filling. Overall it was a good experience. If I were to do it again, I'd select a place in a more central location.
