I would wait until the Casio Duro comes back down to around $80 if you're looking for a quartz dive watch in this price range. It's 200m with a screw down crown & unidirectional bezel. Old post here.
According to Camel it's been around $80 or less a lot lately.

The blue one is currently $79.03 + del + 4% CR.
