What Types of Expenses Can You Claim from Working from Home? Desk? Additional Monitor? Bigger desk, better chair?

Hi, I am starting my new work from home job very soon.

Signed the final contract, done all the banking, TFN etc and now ready to commence.

My new employer suggest to have a second monitor to make things easier and have a good chair as I be sitting in it for 8 hour straight. Unfortunately they cant expense it as its an optional set up.

So my question is:

If I were to go and spend money to buy an additional monitor for a home office setup for the new role, is this additional monitor tax educatable at all?

What if I also change to a bigger desk to accommodating the dual monitor set up and get a more better chair to my current $60 one like this one below?

Finally, what else is tax deductible when working from home? Power? Internet? Coffee machine lol?
