Samsung EPP store shipping times

Hi all,

I recently ordered a Samsung TV from the government EPP store during the $200 promo.
(AU8000 75")

It was a available for purchase as a pre-order item with a listed 'shipping from Feb 3' date.

I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with a pre order item and the shipping timeframe

Or if anybody is currently in the same boat, as it seemed to be quite a popular model here.

It’s usually quite quick when I’ve ordered phones/tablets/watches. However, their customer service is shit. They take forever to respond

I ordered a 75" Frame TV two weeks ago, it didn't say 'Coming Soon' or 'Pre-Order', it appeared to be in stock. They let me know after ordering that it's not going to be delivered until 17th Feb. Not massively fussed but do expect better from Samsung.

  They must have gotten hammered with orders during the promo period. Hopefully it arrives by end of month!
