According to gg.deals its at a Historical Low. Remake of a Classic early 90's that is like a galactic Civilization.

You can grab the Collectors Edition for $7.49 as its also 85% off as well as the Collectors Edition Upgrade for $3.22 if you already own MoO ( which is what I am about to do ).

    By this comment I was referring to MOO2. Haven't played v3 or this one. Very average reviews though which is disappointing.
