.I literally had 50% vouchers for the S21 barely a year ago, they've been doing 50% for pretty much every S and Note line they've been releasing for years now. Even gave 50% codes for the buds pro too.
If they've stopped doing it for this particular release (not confirmed, still need to go and check for myself when I get time), that's another story, but you definitely can't say it hasn't been done for a while…

FWIW there seems to be a bug on the EPP site at the moment where you can't apply both the trade-in (to get the trade-in bonus) and the accessories bonus at the same time, even though everything (emails, website banners, etc.) all suggest that you can. If you're one of the ones affected by this please help complain to their support staff so that it gets fixed.
Any luck with the trade in? I tried getting a friend to order for me and he said they're giving $0 trade-in bonus.
Not sure. For a brief period they fixed the issue and I successfully submitted an order, but then stupidly, Samsung support saw my earlier email about this and cancelled my order and told me to reorder. I'm trying to sort out the tradeup code ('coz I can't reuse the previous one AND they're still holding my tradein value as pending on my credit card).
What a total f*** up.

I couldn't post as a Bargain due to the rules and as per the advice from OzB, I created a thread in the forums. FFS, go out an enjoy the sunshine, hug a friend, or enjoy a cold beverage… Otherwise known as Get a Life…
