Bottle of Bacardi 151

Just wondering what a bottle of Bacardi 151 would be going for since they are no longer made? I know I cant sell it on here but i do have an unopened 750ml bottle and was curious of how much it could sell for?

  • Found 1 on Gumtree; going for $2.5K.

Might be able to find some more on FB Marketplace or some other wine/alcohol marketplaces, I don't know of any though.

I used to drink this shit at the club's. It was lethal. But a very good kick to start the night or…. end the night.
I can still remember the feeling of that burn sensation and instant regret everytime.
And I've seen girls ball their eyes out after a half attempt to sink one down only to realise its wasn't a wet pu55y
Such a good drink for the social aspects. Sad to see it go.

To answer OPs question I reckon $100 max. It's basically unleaded 91 in a bottle.

    • unleaded 91 is more than $100 max these days.see the price at the bowser?

  • if in SA, i can help find a customers.

    • I am in Sydney

  • Is this 40% alcohol or higher

      It's 75.5% alcohol.

  • Twice the price of normal Bacardi priceas it's got twice the %.

  • Need a liquor license to resell alcohol, and by the time you go through an auction house you'll probably not get much more than you bought it for into your pocket.

I don't think 5 years is long enough, not for something which people have active memories of hating. You need to give it enough time that you can't find it in a bottleo in a country town and people have forgotten how bad it actually is. I'd hold onto it though and figure out how to best store it, Bacardi killed this off quietly so there probably wasn't much time to horde it.

  • Don’t know the price but I’ve got half a bottle of this stuff left. It is serious shit. Generally we offer a small amount to people, to try, and they inhale the vapours. They stopped making it because people used it for things like flaming drinks and hurting themselves. It comes with a flame arrester and a label full of warnings.

  • Last lot I purchased 18 months ago was $400 for 2 litres. As it gets more scarce the price increases, id say you'd be looking around 200-250. Could be more as it seems to be drying up.

  • Interesting. I have a 25+ YO bottle of Cruzan Rum 151 proof.

Not going to Dry up soon as its not been opened.

Great talking piece, might even be better than bit coin one day…
