For anyone who likes digital it's 34.95 on the psn store

This is one game that digital is not as bad since it already has near zero resale value anyway

Is the update also for XSX?

    • +2

Yep and Series S as well.

Cheers, just started the update. 60gb!

        • There's talk of it appearing on Gamepass too…

      • Unfortunately even performance mode is still 30fps on the Series S :~(

        • I feel unfortunate for people who bought Series S. :)

Wonder if the next gen updates will fix the horrible controller aiming settings we currently have. It's the only thing that stops me from finishing the game.

is this game fixed yet? having better graphics is great but if the game is still buggy with poor AI (from reviews previously read) then it will just be better looking

    • Sounds like there's still it's fair share of bugs but the release notes claim there were a lot of fixes to the enemy AI for combat (from here: https://www.cyberpunk.net/en/news/41435/patch-1-5-next-gener…)

Multiple fixes and improvements to NPC melee and ranged combat AI and reactions, including taking cover, positioning, reloading, equipping weapons, dodging, blocking and many others.

I did still see a video earlier of a car infinitely falling through space though - https://clips.twitch.tv/SillyPlacidClipsmomChocolateRain-yzE…

Apparently performance is a little worse though on PC, they added more pretty lighting and it comes at a hit, which is a bit hard to swallow. Already needed some pretty beefy hardware.

DLSS is awesome for this game now. The hardware requirements for pretty graphics with good performance are much lower than they were, thanks to vastly improved DLSS.

Waiting for PS5 label version to match collection. Nearly 100 titles so far.

So owning this gets you the ps5 upgrade?

    • +4

      100% it does yes

    • +3

Yep confirmed, I inserted my PS4 disc, went to the PlayStation store and redeemed my free native PS5 upgrade. It's a 56GB download for the PS5 version of the game.

To be clear: as per usual you will always need to have the PS4 disc inserted in order to play the PS5 game.

    • Yes.

    • Yes I have the PS4 version of the disc and upgraded successfully for free.

  • Also $39.95 in disc for Xbox and $49.47 in the digital version for the Xbox, wondering if there will be further price drops or should pull the trigger now

I downloaded the upgrade patch 62GB on my Series X disc version, and man it's now playable, Bought the disc version from EBGames about 2 months ago for $28.

  • Picking the game up on PS4 tonight for $20. Finally ready to give it a go.
