      How small and barely legible is that ^ fine print? Couple that with your "FREE DELIVERY ON NOW!" email and it's definitely misleading.

      Is it a coincidence that the next slider has a much larger and more prominent fine print?

      I would have appreciated the email subject being more like "free shipping reduced from min spend $150 to $100" rather than just "free delivery on now".

  Riddle me this. What retailer ISN'T providing free shipping for orders in that kind of spending range. In 2022 we expect free delivery generally speaking when up in that $100-$200 range. Add to that that we wait for promotions that offer free shipping, add to that searchable discount codes that apply free shipping anyway, and add to that your competitors that already offer it. No deal.
