  • super annoying got a missed call from this place after entering and an email.

    Hi

I just tried giving you a call on (my number) in relation to our Win a Wedding Suit Competition that you signed up to.

Please give me a call back on my direct line (her number) , I have some exciting news.

Alternatively please let me know when you are free and I can call back again.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Best Regards,

    Woolcott St Bespoke Tailors.

The good news was for me to book in to buy a suit. offering “freebies” monogramming, silk lining etc

  • I entered a competition to "win a free suit." Then I was called from a private number only a day or so later. Apparently I am a "runner up" so I have a $100 coupon for a suit. Great. Or so I thought. Their suits are like $10,000. Ok, so out of my budget. No worries, I just won't shop there.

The same exact thing happened to my partner. So obviously it's some kind of marketing technique.

My partner and I are constantly being phoned by them, trying to sell us a suit. It's predatory. It's not a real competition, it's a marketing ploy to get personal details like somebody's name and phone number.

If the business owner is reading this, STOP calling us, STOP leaving voice mails and stop with the predatory "competition" to get contact information.

Just re-reading the competition, I have noticed that THE PRIZE DRAW HASN'T EVEN BEEN DONE YET.

    Not happy!!!

  • Omg I just entered.

Yes, this is marketing technique also used by a few photography companies. I entered quite a number of these and everytime they said Congrats you've won runner up
