            @9hundred: Agreed. They have shrunk the Big Mac to small Mac. I believe it’s called inflation. Rather than increase the price every time, they shrink the size so it doesn’t look that bad.

          they weren't. for a while they had buns which were slightly larger than the meat patties (many years ago), but the meat hasn't changed size. I can only assume people remember them from when they were kids and the burger was bigger in perspective because they were small

            @ymottomttdl: the cheeseburger was always the same size, but the big mac was BIG. Now it's teeny tiny, definitely shrunken! In the olden days it could barely fit inside the box, because it was a massive BIG mac, but now it slides around because it's soooo small.

          I was born in the 70s, was a McDs going kid in the 80s. Yes, the Big Mac was big. Huge, actually. Literally the reason why it was called 'big' mac.
