Conveyancer Recommendations in WA

Just wondering if anyone has any good recommendations for fairly good priced conveyancer for purchase settlement in suburban WA?

Morning Kelasen.

I used Ross who runs Blaze Conveyancing after doing some research in my area about 2 years ago. Absolutely no issues whatsoever and would definitely use him again.

Whoever you go with NEVER go for the fee that they quote you, even if they say its discounted.

One of the biggest scams here is they will ask you the purchase price and the fee goes UP the higher the price.

WTF.

Conveyancing is the same whether its a 3x1 in Gosnells vs a palatial 6x4 with 3 garages in Mosman Park.

If they give you a higher price than $950, tell them you can get it at $950 at this flat fee place.
