GPU trials are cheap, one of the conditions is they only work on new XB accounts (apparently).
Is there a method to link new trial accounts to your gamer tag to be able to keep/continue your game saves?
I'm not interested in retaining either digital purchases or multi-player stuff (if that's even a thing) between the accounts, just the keeping/continuation of the saves.

Depends on the game, some utilise the xbox account for save files and you won't be able to, other games just use regular old files saved on the drive (you just need to save them and copy them across).
IMO the hassle of this would be far greater than just paying for a Turkish account, because I believe you also have to reinstall the games each time you setup a new account.
