Does anyone know how to redeem the pre-order redemption bonus for the Samsung S22 series? I ordered my phone through JB HiFi and they said that I needed to go check online. I've done that at the below link but when I go to choose the bonus item that I want it puts it in my cart and shows the full price. The T&Cs mention something about a promo code but there's no instructions or guide on how to get the code. Help please!

Mine showed validation completed but have yet to receive anything. Not too sure if they still need to approve it ?
validation completed my assumption is just sit back be patient and wait for the email to come. I haven't received promo code also
I submitted my claim over a week ago and still have not received the promo code from Samsung. I think they do not have enough stock of the accessories and are holding off on providing vouchers until they can fulfil the orders. The wait for the code may most likely take a long time
Yep, same with me. And I'm leaving the country soon so may have to try and sell my earbuds voucher instead.

Yeah same - submitted on 11th March , validation completed still no email. Also checked junk mail folder and nothing.
