TV Bracket Which Allows You to Slide TV up & down?

Hi guys, I'm getting a 55" TV wall mounted and was initially thinking of just getting a flat mount. Given our space we don't need any tilt or rotating motion.

But then I was thinking what if I don't end up liking the height the TV is mounted at.

So, is there a mount which would allow me to (relatively) easily adjust the height up or down?

    Google 'vertical sliding tv mount'.

    This is my TV slide left/right. Slide left for flight sim and slide right for car sim. You could possibly do the same thing vertically and add a counterweight. This was done using linear guide rails off ebay, cost was $135 delivered for a pair
