Just saw the notification, would these payments count towards eligible spend for credit cards and point accumulation !

Basically can then use crypto card for other payments and get cashback too!

  • If it works, certainly paying 1% only for "cash advance" is a good thing.

    • Would it be considered as cash advance?

  • If you have a credit card that let's you do that, please let me know! My Coles mastercard has it as a banned category.

  • I can top up Revolut and get points but haven’t tried this yet.

    • Hey mate - wondering which credit card you used which could top up revolut? And wondering whether a fee was charged for topping up revolut with a credit card.

None of my credit cards have worked with revolut so far…

      • I use NAB and no fee charged but now looking back don’t think I got the points for it. Still I’m happy no charges and easy to top up quickly.

        • That's pretty neat - no cash advance too I presume, just a credit card transaction/purchase, I'll have to get that set up some time. Yeah the quick top up would be amazing.

          • @deadmarine: Yeah agreed works so well. I’m guessing from bank account would be just as easy though? Yep just a transaction but doesn’t say cash advance. I used a burn credit card at St George and that worked too. You have to verify the card before you can use it so that could be why yours didn’t work 🤷🏽‍♂️

            • @bobwokeup: Interesting - I don't have an option to verify my credit card but it keeps saying 3DS verification failed, which doesn't allow me to pull from a credit card.

              • @deadmarine: Yeah I remember it was a pain verifying it. I think you have to click something or enter a code?!?
