    A note about this "Company". Australian Business Register revealed this is a Sole Trader who is not registered for GST. I was unable to locate a company registration. The business appeared to have started operating less than 1 month ago. There is a single customer review on TrustPilot from 2 days ago.

      The business is under a sole-trading structure, not a company, I did see where you were coming from when it came to the "Company" reference and I've updated the website to show the appropriate naming and just notified all existing clients in regards to this change. As for not being registered for GST due to the lack of revenue the registration of GST isn't required although this will change once revenue hits the requirements.

        Appreciate your candid and prompt correction. Nothing wrong with not registered for GST especially for a startup business. I was merely stating the discovered facts.
        It is up to the individual to judge your business on its merits, hopefully objectively. All businesses start small, even Amazon was a small fry.

          I really do appreciate the insight from a third party. It makes it way easier to resolve mistakes that I may have overlooked. Thanks again for the notes and sorry if I came off the wrong way in my previous comment in regards to the GST status as I was merely trying to add insight.

    What is the purpose of this service? Is this for hosting multiplayer servers? Just curious what one would use this service for.

      Yes, it is for hosting multiplayer servers. Let's say you want to play Minecraft with a bunch of friends but you don't want to run your computer 24/7 you would use a hosting provider to do that job for you.
