  • Are there any other outlet power board that has a longer lead/cable?

    • Jackson 4-Outlet Powerboard has 3m lead.

    • 2m pretty generous
      Maybe extension lead

These are good btw got two in the past still faultless

    oos

  • Red label $26 not bad

  • Out of stock… No, just got one.

    • Thanks, appears to be back in stock

      • Then THANK YOU..

  • now it just changed lol to 5% not $20, double thank you from me :)

    • what do you mean? still $20 off for me

      • maybe because I bought one now shows with code PLSMAR7 which is 5%, dunno

        • +1

yes you only get one use per account.

    • Are you sure you didnt already use MARCH20, I did and now its 7%off with ebay plus.

  • not letting me purchase "A seller made some changes to an item listing."

Can’t recommend these - they give a audible static sound with any movement of the sockets.

Bought 3 and all 3 do the same thing

    • +2

      Thanks. Saved $20.

    • +4

Yeah, not sure why these boards always show up on ozbargain, given the consistently bad reviews, such as several failing tag and test according to this guy: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/comment/11529554/redir

      • +3

Cancelled my order after reading these comments, thanks

    • I just received mine. I can confirm mine has the same issue, the sockets are very sloppy. Plugging something in you can pick up the power plug and itll slide out with no resistance, slight movement and you'll hear it arcing.

      • Both of my boards are tight and no issues, purchased ages ago though from shopping secure

  • Got 1. Thanks op.

  • +2

    Mixed reviews

    • Like everything, don't hear from the happy customers. Find one that affordable with the same joule rating

      • You probably need to spend more on a reputable brand like Belkin for assurance that it will actually work. From the reviews, quality is a major concern and it’s effectiveness is put into question.
You might be better off with a quality board without surge protection than this one

        • +3

They got rugged big plastic housings but nothing magic about Belkin. The joule rating is usually about 650 or something vs 2250 or whatever.. depends what you want, I got a Belkin as well. Probably doesn't really matter about all that crap just use insurance if anything happens

          • @G-rig: The quality is better on Belkin. Considering the Cyberpower has earthing issues, I’m a little skeptical of its joule rating

            • +1

@FireRunner: Yeah would have to test both individual units, who knows. Not too bothered anyway

            • +1

@FireRunner: What makes you believe than Belkin is a quality brand? Not saying CP is better, just asking.
IMO Belkin is an average brand which charges a lot extra for the quality product as others.
Just because Apple sells some of their products doesn't mean it's the best.

              • @Mi2: Agree, usually overpriced accessories for mums and dads that walk into JB or HN

  • +1

I hate boards that have constant LED light on…distracting and energy inefficient.

    • +2

How you know if it's on or off
Would use fk all power for one led

    • +2

1c of black gorilla tape, problem solved.

as for energy inefficient, its probably more efficient than anything else being plugged into the board haha

  • Stock on, thanks op

  • Yep just got one. Thanks OP!

    • +1

These have major earthing issues and pose a serious risk. Please consider cancelling the order. Refer comment above with link to the history of these boards.

      • +3

Only way this will get more attentions is by negging the deals.

      • I'm still et to come across this issue (have used 3 for nearly 2 years)…… do you live in a newly built home?

  • micro usb

    • +2

Did you know you can write more than two words when commenting?

      • sorry I thought it's obvious, there is a power board, and a power bank. Which do you think has micro usb?
What I mean is that type-c is more preferable because everything these days is type-c

        • Agree obviously but it's basically free so can't expect too much

        • Might just be me, but I'd rather plug my USB devices into a dedicated charger from a reputable brand over the USB ports on a random budget power board

    • +1

The one you linked comes with a 10000mAh powerbank, however not eligible with the MARCH20 code.

Included as part of the bundle is the Cyberpower Powerbank 10000Mah(CP10000PEG)
