Hey guys I'm in Melbourne so we have a family wedding coming up and I'm just needing your help. I'm looking to buy my 15 yr olds first suit, he is typically a small in men's clothing so most likely needing adult size and he is skinny and short. Where would you recommend going for a full suit on the cheap in Melbourne? Tia.

you may as well rent one if he is still young and not going to use it much, he would probably outgrow it in a couple of years any way.
I would suggest something like Edharry, or like Tarocash, yd. Get some cheaper clearance ones.
Are you willing to consider 2nd hand? We went second hand when we needed a suit for our 11yo for a wedding, lucked out with a $35 suit that was worn once… to a wedding ;)
His cousin gave him $350 for his first suit for her wedding so I gotta get him something nice I think. My son is a bit spoilt by dads side, nothing I can typically offord lol
I bought my teen a TaroCash suit. It was on special for $199. Since he's slim with a nice physique, the little bugger wears it better than I ever could - on him, it looks far more pricey than $200. Plus side is, he likes wearing suits. Wears em every chance he gets. Often times we have to advise him to dress down a little bit. Solved that issue when he got a sport jacket and boots.
Funny thing is, obviously, even though he likes it, he doesn't get a chance to wear it all that often. Any other time, he's in a plain track pants and a white plain round neck t-shirt from kmart.

Thanks guys, I'm gonna head to DFO in Docklands then Myers if I cant find anything. I would love to go op shop honestly but they will ask him where he got it from and how much he paid 😅 I think YD is at Docklands and Myers but Myers city is pretty limited since they shrunk down.
