First time poster - been wanting to own/play this game since I finally updated my PC this year and pulled the trigger when I saw this on Steam.

Red Dead Redemption II is the winner of over 175 Game of the Year Awards and recipient of over 250 perfect scores, RDR2 is the epic tale of outlaw Arthur Morgan and the infamous Van der Linde gang, on the run across America at the dawn of the modern age. Also includes access to the shared living world of Red Dead Online.

Original retail price for the standard edition is $89.95 and ultimately edition is $139.95

You will require a Steam account (free to sign up) to purchase.

Cheers!

I bought the game for PS4 shortly after release almost 3 years ago for less than this wow!

      • Yep I finished the game on PS4 a long time ago, wanted to playl the game on a keyboard and mouse again and experience it on a PC like GTA :D so got it again and boom love it again.

        • I think since GTA V PS5 update will be out soon, can only imagine RDR2 PS5 update will be out soon too. GTA5 update is $15 pre order right now too

    • But the PC version comes with hackers if you go on RDO.

      • they just need to ban them like they do on Rust :D

Just started my 2nd playthrough of the game yesterday on PC; sunk ~150hrs in easily, will probably add another ~200 in this playthrough. Great game.

The game does often go on sale at this price, not a historical low but not a terrible price for what you get.

unpopular opinion: this game is boring.

    • Compared to RDR1?

      • Never played rdr1. Just found this game really slow story-wise and gave up after 10 hours. Played God of War recently and it was a lot more entertaining in my opinion.

Thanks, I'm guessing same as RDR1 which I also found slow that I gave up after 2 hours

    • …and controls like s#it too.

Same discounted prices for the past 6 months or so when sales were happening.

I know that doesn't help now, but from memory this was much cheaper over Christmas on EPIC.
