Just downloaded app for first time and it said I was up to free coffee 2 of 3 so it must have cross referenced that I’ve been a member previously

I went here for the first time a couple years ago for a free birthday Coffee. It was so bad I felt ripped off and it was free. In the bin it went. I make better coffee here at home with my current set up. It's insulting to coffee to call this THE coffee club.
Not as insulting to think you are the judge of a good coffee.
Didn't seem to work for me.
I download the app, saw the 3 free coffee items under coupons. Went to the counter ordered a small cap takeaway + muffin, scanned the barcode under 1/3 free coffee and it did not register at all. I got the lady to scan the barcode twice and still nothing showed up.
That was today (sunday 13th) - I dont think it is a public holiday today.

Whenever I go to the Coffee Club I love getting a melloccino/mallowccino (basically a cappuccino with two marshmallows). It’s the drink I always get at the Coffee Club.
Sadly it’s not longer on the menu, and most waiters/waitresses have no idea what I mean when I order it.
Oh the times, they are a-changing….
