In hindsight - really wish I never entered this comp.
Has caused us relentless frustration ever since … and it hasn't even been 1 week since entered comp … Originally entered comp friday night - 11.03.22
1.) Firstly – I do NOT find it appropriate for someone from a business to be contacting us (VIA phone/SMS) early on a Saturday morning – especially as we have had no proper interaction prior.
a.) 1x phonecall + 1x SMS early on Saturday morning.
b.) 1x phonecall + 1x SMS + follow-up email on Monday.
We replied by email on Monday afternoon - but also CC'd in other ppl within business (eg. his superiors + general reception) … We got a polite/joking email reply from that person directly shortly after.
Within 3-5 minutes of receiving that email … we had 2x phonecalls from a "private number" (which we didn't answer).
BTW … this person that originally contacted us is a "Senior New Homes Consultant" … so perhaps we stirred up the bees/hornets nest at this business???
if you enter this comp - be prepared to get a marketing phonecall from them.
I entered this comp Friday evening - then got a missed phonecall early saturday morning + followup SMS saying "Hello this is XXXX from Aussie Living Homes. I am trying to reach you regarding your home building enquiry".
They must be desperate, making business calls early on a SAT morning.
