For a digital version you're not getting anything physical and you're not paying for shipping so I'd expect to be paying less than what I would pay for a boxed copy (Despite the fact you get the game potentially earlier).

For me, if I didn't already have a copy, I don't think I'd look at one that was more than $50.
There have been some specials around the 47-48 dollar mark for a boxed copy + Delivery (WowHD)
Please note that digital version is for people who doesn't want the box and want to play on release day for a good price.
for me I will not compare with physical deliver for like 1-2 weeks wait time and ship from the UK.

Hi Diablo 3 is global version, no matter where you buy. And there is actually no SEA version. All the retailer out there is selling either US or EU version.
The RMAH region lock will only depends on your battlenet account region :)

KenGamer is australian owned and operated in Melbourne, in case with any problem consumer affair is always with you since you bought it in the same country. Thats the insurance we can give and promise! But at the end of the day, 1-5 dollars difference is the buyer choice to get it locally or from UK :)
But still we will see what we can do and give the best possible price to Australian from Australia! Lets hoep we can at least match that price.
I'm with you Steve I saw this earlier and was wondering why I would pay more for a key sold from within Australia? Oz or UK a problem with the seller bans you just as fast.
No offence to the REP but I don't know his company. Does anyone have experience with either the Reps company or Ozsave to make one a better choice than the other?
Couple of things I'm not sure about… Don't only the Australian copies have access to the oz RMAH? And aren't shops like ozgamer importing the UK version?

But i still waiting confirmation from the blizzard official reply. I found they said that on the diablo 3 forum too but i forgot where was it. And Diablo 3 said more information will be provide prior to release. Maybe next week.
Just post up a deal, if its good enough people will buy it. I don't Think there is any need to gauge interest in this game as most people who own a pc and are into games are interested in this game… I don't quite get why your pussy footing around mate.

If you creat a battlenet account and set the region to america on creation you can them buy diablo 3 for there digital download cost even from australia, i did it and it works perfectly
Well I pre-ordered from OzSave and still haven't received my copy of Diablo 3. Have now requested a refund and still no game. Not happy - wouldn't buyt from them again.
Tell price before people tell you if they are interested.
Not providing anything solid is not going to entice anyone.
