Cheap computer box

Hi all,

Mum needs a computer box - she has screen/keyboard/mouse - preferably it would have internally built speakers but not fussed.

Can basically have any specs but needs to be able to run windows 7 decently. Don't want a full tower - want something a monitor can sit on top of.

Anywhere know the cheapest way to grab one in Melb?
