my service fee was only $4. It's ok for a $60 order

American style tipping and “service fees” slowly creeping into Australian culture.

        GTFO

  • I just tried ordering again and its available, so its definitely not a 1 time only order. Should be available for everyone that has liquorland nearby

I'm currently in isolation so this timing was perfect.

  • They are all flat $15 price when its normally around $20-$22

    Then service fee 4,5.
    Total 20,21.. vs 20,22… same same ?

The service fee is not a flat $4.50, it fluctuates depending on how many you order.

So if I just order 1 six pack for $15, the service fee is $1.50. So you save $6 already 25% and that's not factoring in the delivery savings on top. Delivery is $5 flat

So normal price for a six pack delivered would be $22+$1.5+$5 = $28.5, so $12 saving

  • Yeah the service fee is usually $1-$4max and is 10% of your order total then you add delivery fee which is free on this offer.

  • Seems like Coles is fattening up their liquor business,. possibly before flogging it off?
