How to Return a Faulty Item That Supposedly under Warranty on eBay

Hi Guys I bought this standing desk in ebay and it died just a couple of months after buying. Product page says 1 year warranty. Ebay support says they can only help for 30 days returns. The seller is not responding at all..

I have a back problem and really needed a standing but coudnt afford to by another one. I chose to buy here as it is under 300 with voucher.
