I would say it is (potentially) a technical failure. Clicked into the banner, added to cart, a full credit for the combo ($16.15) applied instead of 30% off.
Give a try on doordash for your local HJ.

If you have Doordash pass (NOT REQUIRED to participate this offer), try:
+$1 go large
+$2.3 for an extra beef patty
+ anything to make the total $20 plus
And you will receive free delivery+extra beef, yeah.

(Works even on the 2nd order… geez. I'm not ordering another one hahaha)

    You don't have to click on any banner. You just go through the normal ordering procedure for that restaurant. It will automatically add the "30% discount" but will apply it as a full discount.

    OP you should add to the deal that if(like me) you have a $5 or more delivery fee it's worth adding a $5 item such as a storm Oreo which ends up negating the delivery cost if you have doordash.

    Mine just arrived after a 30 minute joy-ride with the DoorDash Driver (Local HJ is about a <5min drive)

    Chips arrived cold and soggy and burger was ALOT smaller than expected (with barely any pork belly)

    Would not purchase it again.

    Ordered a few minutes before the fix. Took about half an hour to confirm. Then did some laps with the delivery driver for about half an hour.

    Burger tasted average, tiny, couldn’t taste the pork belly over the sauce.

    My frozen storm didn’t arrive at all.

    Onion rings didn’t come with the sauce.

    Drink didn’t have a straw.

    Complained to DoorDash and they auto credited $5.45 to my account after ticking what was missing from the order. At least that means I only ended up spending $2 or so for the burger but would have fathered a cash refund…

    Honestly the #$&@ is wrong with burger sizes now day?! The cost of food is going up but the food portions/sizes are getting smaller… The burger was really bad too 🤮
