Activated Flybuys Offer Disappeared? Nowhere to Find

I activated a flybuys offer of bonus 6000pts last week in app. It looks like this:
- Spend $x in Coles in Week 1 to get bonus 1000pts
- Spend $x in Coles in Week 2 to get bonus 2000pts
- Spend $x in Coles in Week 3 to get bonus 3000pts

I got my bonus 1000pts for week 1, then in this week, I can't find the offer in my flybuys app anymore

It's not in the "activated offer" section nor the "hidden offer" section.

Where can I find it back?
Is the offer still valid for week 2 or expired?

    Is the offer still valid for week 2 or expired?

    Multi week ones generally disappear on the Sunday when the shopping week finishes and then reappear from around Tuesday night to Wednesday at lunch time. It will still show up on any receipts if you shop before then. :)

      Do you know if the week begins on Mon or Wed?
      I am planning to do my weekly shopping tomorrow but I forget the dates and how much I need to spend.
      Was hoping to check the T&C but offer has disappeared…

        In this context, the weeks run from Monday to Sunday.

    First week's offer usually runs for 1.5 weeks

    If you get emails from Flybuys, check them, you'll find the offer in there as well

    • This is not a 4 week offer, starting Monday.

      Just checked and all 3 weeks start from Monday til Sunday.

  • It will be back on by Thursday, but does not affect you to shop before that.

        It's not a bug, it's the way they verify and allocate points in the app. Can usually find the offer via the website.

    Offer is back in the account. Another indicator is you dont receive a new offer on Tuesday if you made an eligible shop last week.
