You put your email and spin to win, it will show you the reward you recieve. Then you recieve an email with an link to sign up if you want to recieve your reward.
Thank you, yes, I received the initial email a while ago, but didn't sign-up, then two weeks after that initial email (that you mention), I got a second (that I wrote in above comment), I guess because I had not signed-up yet. Seems they offered an extra additional spin to entice me in, hehe, so was trying to see if OP could explain how to get that extra spin link. But yes, I get your point, thank you.

I'd recommend people stay away. Plenty of negative feedback around OzBargain on this mob. I'm another one to be escalated multiple times via chat/email, and a month later, nothing.
