Negging to highlight that the title on the link says brand new, however when you look at package contents it says it’s refurbished “1 x Samsung Galaxy Xcover 4s G398F 32GB Grey [Brand New Grade] Refurbished Refurbished”

“Brand New: A brand new, unused product in its original packaging”

How is is brand new and refurbished at the same time? This is false advertising. It can be marked “like new” but cannot be marked brand new when it’s refurbished.
