And then I didn't sign up but the banner ad was there, then I signed up and was told it's not available at my local.

Edit: and yes I hd already specified my local prior to signing up

There's pizza used to be great but not anymore in my local area.

      I second this.

Also when they got rid of free delivery for my VIPP behind, that just put me off completely.

Definitely third this - used to be great. Then the quality went downhill fast and then the free delivery stopped and then I never bought from them again!

        • They now do the 10th free pizza and also free birthday, so its not all bad news.

Sorry, this offer isn't available at Crust Kingsgrove

  • Does this deal work with any 11 inch pizza? Is the 11 inch pizza the same size as the domino ones? Do the sides include chicken?

  • 2 Extra Large Signature Pizza and 2 Sides $42
    or
2 Extra Large Signature Pizza and 1 Side $42.

    🧐🤔

Heh, confused me at first too. The number of sides depends on location

      • +1

Yes that is correct, it depends on location as to which deal you can get. The more “premium” stores only give you one side. But with this deal at least its not $1 extra for only 1 side, which is the benefit of Crusts 21st Birthday.

    Rosanna - 1 extra side

    Reservoir - 2 extra sides

    Thanks op

I'm actually quite surprised Crust is still around with their overpriced pizzas with small portions.

    • Isnt it amazing, Crust has been around for 21 years. Longer than a small number of ozbargainers have existed.

    • Expensive pizza, yes, but its definitely a tasty and rich pizza experience.

This is the same price as their normal bundle deals for me. Shit deal.

  • Yup,no deal imb

  • Seeing things like this reminds me of what my father told me after he worked for awhile in Pizza Hut in the 80s: “why are pizzas so expensive¿ there’s bigger all to them and their cooking processes.’

I got this deal last night and was once again reminded that getting 'sides' with pizzas from a franchise store is a terrible idea. Teams of consultants have exhaustively removed every last trace of quality (and therefore cost) from each recipe. The scrolls were 95% pizza dough, 3% cheese, a dab of basil and a sliver of sundried tomato. I had to throw them away. The apple bites were edible but not much more than that.

I assume they compete hard on price with the loss leading pizzas and make most profits from the extras, which is why you can't order anything without having pages of them shoved in your face. 'Please buy some of this stuff we make money on!!!!'.
