Very happy with our Koala matress - had it for over 2 years now and it is holding up well. Will never go back to an inner spring mattress.

I slept with a Koala once. I'm now on a watchlist in 5 states and territories.

Good joke, just don't say it in front of Will Smith!

He certainly gave Chris Rock some fresh prints.

Ah yes.. we’re already celebrity obsessed and now we’re more obsessed in them, when they do something that would normally result in said person escorted off the premises, we still find a reason to be obsessed with them more.

And did you get your chlamydia treated¿

  • I'm happy with my koala, had it for 4 plus years. It's sunken and doesn't give the support. Was good for the first two years

you're happy or not happy? Doesn't sound like you're happy

Just sending my koala back. Too soft. Back issues. Going for something firmer. Happier with our Sleeping Duck.

The koala cushy sofa bed is the best furniture I have ever purchased.

Anyone purchased since they moved manufacturing to China? Was all ready to buy until I realised they had moved, also read various reviews that talk about a chemical smell that can take weeks to remove… Is this something unique to Koala or just the mattress-in-a-box style?

All the comments are about the older made in aus koala. They now have a new made in China range. Completely different to the older mattress they built their name on.

I went with a sleeping duck and never looked back.

    • That'll been hard to find the right review then..:(

      • Go sleeping duck 🦆🤷🏻‍♂️ try it in the store

Anyone able to get $200 off from the referral code? Tried on a few emails but not eligible.

    • Same here. Shame.

  • This works for their sofa beds as well.

I bought their lounging sofa and wanted to buy the cushy sofa bed but their colours are different for every product. It’s frustrating that you can’t get two types of sofa’s of the same colour. Seems like an odd decision to have them different for each product.

Anyone use their Soul Mate matress? Worth the 2.5x cost of their next most expensive model?…

Thanks for this - I've been waiting for a 20% discount to buy the koala sofa bed. Plus a heads up cashback have upped the amount to 10% off….so effectively you're getting 30% off at the moment. I'm not sure how long this lasts for.

If you have commbank rewards… you’ll probably get another $80 back if spend over $500… but this deal is targeted exp by 10 apr

  • Been looking at koala for awhile. What are people's experiences with the mattress?

I'm a hot sleeper. I've had my beloved super comfy mattress for almost a decade now. Would've lasted longer if I took proper care of it :(

Just give it a go. They have a free trial and if it’s not for you then send it back. Their returns is no fuss and easy to deal with.

      • It is the inconvenience of going through all the process.

I question, why are there so many of them being sold second hand? Why are the reviews too good to be true? Analysts says the right product falls in the ratings of 4.1-4.6, over you gonna be suss'd.

Would trade the turmoil over a good mattress

I had the previous Koala mattress, found it a bit too firm for me so returned it during the trial period.
Then tried the ecosa, again that was too firm so returned that. To their credit customer service for both companies were great and they sent out a mattress topper to assist during the trial process.

I've since bought the eva, and it's been great so far.

Comes down to personal preference, what's right for someone might not be right for another.

    • It does feel a little hotter than my old spring mattress from Kangaroo Bedding. But it has improved my lower back pain quite a bit. I'm still thinking of trialing another mattress. I've tried both sides of the comfort layer, firm and medium-firm, not a fan of their Koala Pillow though, it feels like it's for side sleepers but I think I prefer a softer pillow.

  • Tempted to buy their sofa bed but not willing to wait until mid june.

    Is the delivery date accurate?

    • My Koala mattress arrived the next day when I ordered it in January 2022. Sofa bed says "Order now and get it today." for the suburb of Springvale South VIC 3172.
