Wondering what the best 4g dumbphone is to hotspot chromebook with usb tethering, to connect chromebook to the internet via dumbphone?

Does it need to be a mobile phone? How about mobile 4G modem + power bank if all you need is a data hotspot?

I used the Nokia 2720 Flip as a 4g hotspot and telephone for a few months with an iPad as my main smart device and it worked pretty well. I could wifi hotspot for around 8 hours before running out of battery and I did this almost every day.

I would have tried a $50 cheapo telstra smartphone but the flip gimmick was worth the doubled price for me.

Edit:
I just checked and it does have USB tethering. In my use case I got annoyed having to wrangle with the cable and iPad (which was already so unwieldy when going to scan covid check-ins) so I just kept the phone in my pocket with hotspot on.
