I've been looking into buying both of these for a while now, and the cheapest I've found is on Amazon.

Both are the latest versions.
My question is that will these work in Australia? If not, are where is the cheapest place to buy them?
They'll only work with a power transfomer most likely.
As 777 says, the prices aren't that much cheaper than here, and the extra cost of the transformer and zero warranty are costs that you also need to factor in.
Apple Refurb store will have cheap AppleTVs periodically.
Yep the Amazon WDTV Live Streaming will work in Australia. All you will need is a plug converter obviously but there are no issues in terms of power as WDTV's power adapter input voltage is between 100V - 240V and we are 240V so no need for any transformers or anything like that.
Still as already pointed out, the prices here are very close. I was quoted $120 at HN a couple of weeks ago.
