    These guys are an absolute PITA to deal with when it comes to returns for faulty items. Had to throw an ACL threat their way to pay for return shipping on faulty goods awhile back before they finally paid it. Never again!

      Hi, I think you may be mixing us up with another company. We will always repair / replace any faulty goods that are a manufacturing fault but this manufacturing faults happen less than 1% of the time. Can you please provide your name or order number? I would be happy to check our system to make sure it was indeed our company. We take every customer enquiry very seriously and always want to resolve the matter in a fast and fair manner.

        Nope, definitely not a mix up. I even double checked all my emails to be sure.

        This happened last year, not recently. And the issue wasn't about replacing or repairing the actual faulty goods (as mentioned above).
