  You shouldn't just post everything on HF's specials page because they might not be bargains overall. You can discern this if you're a regular shopper.

  Avos definitely not a deal. Woolies near my local HF had 1kg for $4 - 6 medium sized ones.

  Also, last week's special was $5/kg broccoli (saw the sign today still, not not sure if continuing this week), bought over 1kg and then realised my local Coles was $4.50/kg (guess where I'll stock up broccoli tomorrow for next week?).

  They have Rump Cap this week for $17/KG which is very good based on current meat prices which have spiked considerably. I'm still holding out for the boneless Lamb Legs at $14-15/KG. The Harris Farm stock is way better than what the supermarkets get.
