    DJ uses their DC for online orders… i know cause i ordered some stuffs before from them of a certain quantity and was told that some will be come a bit late as they are sourced from different DC… so chances are these stuffs only available in stores now…

      Not exactly right. Djs don’t really use DC the reason your order was split was because the store which got most of your items didn’t have stock or someone couldn’t find it so the rest of the order was sent probably to a store interstate or something but in saying that I’m not really sure why you wouldn’t be able to get your item delivered if it’s available for click and collect. Only reason I can think of is that someone bought it from a different store and returned it at Bondi

        You are incorrect, they actually do use DCs… many online businesses have moved to dc fulfillment instead of store fulfillment during the pandemic because a lot of the stores were closed during lockdown…

          @meong: No, you're incorrect. While DJs stores were closed to customers, their staff were still going in to fulfill online orders for delivery.

          Source: ex-staff, long-term customer of DJs Online and can tell you whether it's coming from a DC or not just by looking at the tracking number.

  Bro I literally work for the David jones online team. I know what I’m talking about. When everyone was in lockdown the online team were the only staff in store picking, packing and mail items. Each djs store has its own online team to fulfill orders.
