Points Club Plus Qantas Club Entry

Has anyone tried bringing in their partner into a Qantas Club lounge with their points club plus membership? I haven't been able to find anywhere that tells me whether I can or not.

Why don't you just find a new partner that is already a Qantas Club Member and save your points?

Yes you're entitled to bring a guest, as Points Club Plus confers a "Qantas Club Individual membership" - see here: https://www.qantas.com/au/en/frequent-flyer/the-qantas-club/…

For specific rules on when/how you can guest, check out this page and look up the rows that mention Qantas Club: https://www.qantas.com/au/en/qantas-experience/at-the-airpor… (effectively you and your guest must be travelling on the same flight for international lounges, whereas your guest does not need to be travelling at all for the domestic Qantas Clubs)

The Annual Guest Card is a different thing altogether and can be used to boost your guesting privileges. Some good information here: https://www.executivetraveller.com/boost-your-lounging-limit…

Yes, My partner has Qantas club through Points Club Plus and I've been admitted to the lounge as her guest multiple times in the last 3 months.

  • Thanks for the replies guys. Really helpful!
