I recently made a hotel reservation through booking.com and selected pay at hotel. My purchase has successfully tracked through Shopback.
My question relates to payment at the hotel. If I use the $50 NSW government Stay voucher for part payment will this invalidate my cashback claim? Couldn’t see anything listed in terms and conditions
My understanding is Stay NSW and Parents NSW vouchers can't be used with online booking platforms.
Only the booking was completed online. Payment will be made on arrival at venue, so voucher could be used
You can’t use them on the platform, but you can book via the platform and pay at hotel. I did that last month using Expedia and stayed at a hotel in the city
If you stack offers like this, you're asking for claims to be rejected.

Read terms and conditions but the gov really isn't checking that hard
It's not a NSW government thing, it's more to do with Shopback and booking.com
Cashback is around $80 so don't want to burn that by using a $50 voucher.
how much cash back are we talking about here
