I did. Mine is meant to be picked up today, however I was going to airport way last night so called up and asked them whether I would be able to do an early pick up which they kindly agreed.

I received my email around ~6am and picked up from Collins St Krispy Kreme with no issues!

Received “ready-to-pick-up” email at 4am this morning. Perth store.
My krispy kremes weren't very fresh yesterday. The box I bought at Whitfords the day before was fine. I'm not sure why a factory store can't supply the online orders.
Do you think if you go too early in the morning they might give you the donuts from the day before, if they have not sold them all? I doubt they would get rid of the donuts made the day before?

I wouldn't feel bad. I reckon a box of donuts costs a max of $2.40 to make. You still paid $6.50 for it.

They're still making a profit on a huge increase in orders that wouldn't have been placed otherwise. These donuts practically make themselves so not a huge increase in staff hours.

Picked up mine today from the Myaree WA store. Super nice guy at the counter, scanning a long list of names before finding mine. Asked me if I'd like anything else while I'm there. Uhm, no 24 doughnuts are more than sufficient for my non-nutritive needs thanks! lol

For those who can't find the confirmation email, check your promotions tab (if you're using Gmail). I got mine at 6am, and picked them up at 12pm at Orange Grove, Liverpool
Mine were manually picked from the store and placed in a box. I thought all online orders are made at their main store then shipped for click and collect?
All 3 dozens picked up with no issues. Now to snort up these stuff for a massive sugar hit.
I picked my 2 dozen around 2pm @ Fawkner, No joke I think I saw around 100+ C&C invoices because the person had to sift through the invoices and my one was near the end! Props to them for the quick service!

I picked up my three dozen from Auburn tonight, the place was packed. They still have the online orders on the counter sorted by name. Lots left to pick up.
Picked up from Sydney Central this morning no dramas. They had all the online orders printed and she had to sift through to find mine. Must’ve been over 100 orders.
Picked up no issues today.

Received this afternoon. Just saw the long list of collection at one of the stores - 6 pages of customer names with text font size - 8.
