okay yep it's a different aquaglide to what I was thinking.
Sorry this is a bit misleading I think. It looks like only the floor is drop stitch. The sides are not. If that's the case and if they are dual layered (canvas encasing an inflatable pontoon), these might be a pain to dry and clean as the moisture between the two layers will make it susceptible to fungus if not dried 100%, which might take days of sun.
For this sort of money, you might want to go with a kayak that is all drop-stitch such as this one, which seems much superior to me and even on their own website, is cheaper at $1499 before the 5% Easter code.The drop stitch floor is removable to aid in drying, the pontoons are reinforced PVC, so no canvas outer to dry or internal bladder, all one piece.
I wanted the wider pontoon as a family stable kayak for children and dogs, the narrower Tomahawk might be fully drop stitch walls but it's skinnier and less stable for what I want it for.
