Garmin Forerunner 245 Watch

I have a Garmin Forerunner 245 that has frozen I have followed the instructions on how to reset Held down power button till blank screen. Then pressed to restart. It will not power up. It is fullly charged. Is there anything I doing wrong

    Describe the events leading up to "frozen"? Was the battery flat?
    Have you tried plugging in to a computer to see if it connects to Garmin Express and you can see the file system in windows explorer?

    Was fully charged woke up and it was frozen followed what advised on Garmen website but still won’t power up.

    This worked for me with my forerunner 630

    Power off your watch (Hold "light" button between 15-20 sec)
    - While holding "start" & "back" button, hold few sec "light" (to power on the device)
    - Release "start" button after the first beep and the back button with the next beep

    They are very good in the phone and will sort you out.
